Some quests will overlap the other sides' quests.
It's not like they just respawned a while after the battle. Starting on October 15 2016, the mod has been hidden, due to the mod author making a statement … Help? There could be some faction groups spawning and taking over the forts even after the Civil War, maybe. It is certainly true that after initially clearing out the bandits/mages/whatever in the forts that they'll get repopulated by Imperials or Stormcloaks depending on the region. This page lists all the Military Camps that are established for the Skyrim civil war. Civil War Overhaul was a mod in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim which added new quests to the Civil War between the Stormcloaks and Imperials, which never appeared in game due to time limitations.This mod had been implemented in the compilation Epic Gameplay Overhaul. I’ve put a few thousand hours into this game over the years, but only done the civil war quest line a handful of times. Same applies to most Civil War … War, Politics, and Governance mod.
Somebody managed to set the outer walls of whiterun on fire during the battle. Still curious if anyone on xbox managed to get all civil war forts under a single banner and if this is possible with both factions or not? Completing the Civil War sometime before completing Alduin`s Bane in the Main Quest line might suit you best.
